1. The placement
The £39.99 payment purchases one sponsored 14-day homepage placement for one business. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription, and it does not renew automatically.
2. Local relevance
A local placement is intended to be shown to UmmahBoard users browsing in or around the business location or area served. It is not a generic homepage listing shown to every UmmahBoard user.
3. No guaranteed results
UmmahBoard does not guarantee a minimum number of views, clicks, enquiries, sales, leads, rankings or revenue. Placement availability and visibility can vary with visitor location, browsing behaviour and site activity.
4. Business content and approval
You must provide accurate business information and have permission to use any logo, image, text or link you submit. Listings remain subject to UmmahBoard moderation. We may decline, pause or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, unsafe or unsuitable for the platform.
5. Cancellations and refunds
You may request cancellation before campaign preparation starts. If cancelled before preparation begins, UmmahBoard will provide a full refund. Once a campaign has started, there is no automatic refund. If we are unable to provide the agreed placement because of a material technical issue on our side, we will extend the campaign or refund the unused portion.
