Basic listings are currently free. Premium promotional features are available, and we'll continue introducing new premium tools as the platform grows.
Is browsing free?
Yes. Anyone can search and view listings without an account. Signing in lets you sync saved listings across devices.
Do listings cost money?
Basic listings are currently free. Premium promotional features are available, and we'll continue introducing new premium tools as the platform grows.
What are the premium options?
Top of job listings (or top of category) is £74.99. Featured on the homepage is £149.99. Newsletter mentions and Ramadan campaigns are also available as promotional add-ons.
How do Hajj & Umrah listings work?
Basic package listings are free for approved operators. You can optionally buy top-of-category or homepage featured placement. Always verify ATOL protection independently.
What about Events, Courses, Halal Food, and general travel?
Those categories are paused for soft launch. We're live with Jobs, Scholarships, Grants, Charities, Hajj & Umrah, and ISocs. Broader travel and food will return later.
When does my listing go live?
After admin review — usually within 12–48 hours. If you chose a premium upgrade, complete payment first, then we review. You’ll get an email when it’s published or if we need changes.
Can I get a refund if rejected?
Yes. If a paid premium upgrade is rejected with the listing, we refund the Stripe payment automatically where possible.
Where do I manage my organisation listings?
Sign up as an organisation, then use the org dashboard after you’re approved. Individuals use the personal dashboard for saved listings and browsing.
