2.What is browser storage?
Modern websites can also store small pieces of information directly in your browser using technologies such as local storage and session storage.
Local storage can remain on your device after you close the browser. Session storage is normally limited to the current browser session.
These technologies are not technically cookies, but we describe them here because they serve similar purposes for preferences and functionality.

4.Essential technologies
Essential cookies and storage are needed to provide core functionality - for example keeping you signed in, securing the admin panel, and remembering your privacy choices.
Because these technologies are necessary to deliver the service you request, they cannot always be disabled through the site without affecting how UmmahBoard works.
5.Preferences and location
If you choose a location on the UmmahBoard homepage, we may remember that preference in your browser so that location-based discovery is more useful when you return.
Location filters used while browsing categories may be stored only for the current browser session.
You can remove these preferences through the relevant controls on the site or by clearing UmmahBoard site data in your browser.
6.Analytics and performance
UmmahBoard uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand traffic patterns and performance. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies as described by Vercel.
Some additional custom interaction events are sent only when you have turned analytics on in your browser preferences. You can accept or decline analytics when you first visit, and change that choice later through Cookie settings.
7.Advertising
UmmahBoard does not currently use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural advertising pixels.
8.Managing your choices
On your first visit we ask whether you want to accept optional analytics or use essential technologies only. You can reopen your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.
You can also manage cookies and site data through your browser settings. Clearing site data will remove saved preferences stored locally, including homepage location and saved listing caches.
For more about how we use personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
9.Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will publish the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date.
