Noor Ul Islam, based in Leyton, East London since 1990, began as a modest prayer space and has grown into a full-service community hub. It now offers a Pre-School, primary school, adult education, health and welfare services, and is building a new complex to expand. The Centre operates under Islamic values, engages in local partnerships, and welcomes all. When Noor ul Islam first opened its doors in 1990, it served to fill a gap within the community, a deep need for a simple prayer space and facilities for Muslims. Since then, we have only grown from strength to strength with our aim to provide a safe and welcoming community space for all to benefit.
